He is the Research Adept and he is the first person to introduce the general concepts of cultivation to Gravis. He is apathetic to the deaths of the research assistants to the combat training as he has seen deaths of assistants in his life.
He used to be research assistant himself and has climbed from the lower realms and finally became a research adept successfully.
He brings Gravis to meet his brother Orpheus for the first time.
